Once we have your measurements on file, you do not have to be remeasured and ordering again is very easy and just a matter of picking out the cloths. We can follow your original styling or you can change your styles as well. We usually keep clients sizes on record forever! 2. Where are the clothes produced? All our garments are hand cut and hand made in our family run workshop, which is located in Kowloon, Hong Kong. Almost all of our suiting fabrics are imported from Europe, mostly from United Kingdom and Italy. Shirts fabrics are almost entirely imported from Italy. 3. Yes, we allow you to specify as much detail as you wish. Our motto is that there is no standard product, so you can specify any feature of the shirt. If there is something more that you wish to specify then just mention it in the special request section. Though we cannot guarantee we can do everything, we will endeavor our very best to entertain all special requests. 4. Can I select a variety of different fabrics? Absolutely. Do your fabric selection change every season? Absolutely. Our fabrics are updated twice each year. We are always working to keep ahead of fashion, and work to always provide a new and stylish collection. 7. What is the significance in thread count amongst your different shirts? You will quite often find a large variety of different fabric , usually they are described using numbers that can range from 50 thread count and up all the way to 150s or 160 thread count. This number signifies the thickness of the yarn that is used in the fabric. Basically the lower the thread count number, then the thicker that the yarn is. The higher the number, the thinner the yarn is. Fabrics that range from 100’s, 120’s, 140’s, 150’s and 160’s two ply cottons are the more luxurious (and pricey) shirt fabrics. When the yarn gets thinner, the weave in the fabric gets tighter, and the thread count per inch gets higher. The fabric as a consequence gets a more silky smooth feel on the finish, and is usually much better at holding its color and shape better. The cost of a higher thread count shirt usually is much higher than that of a lower count shirt. However they remain popular as clients enjoy the softness and finishing. 50’s count Egyptian Cotton is woven with a single ply thread, which makes it a lightweight cotton with a durable finish, and provides great value. 80 thread count oxford pinpoint cloth is another popular fabric which is two-ply. It is also known to be very durable, but has more of a textured and weighty feel to it. There is also the royal oxford cloth, which has a durable finished similar to pinpoint oxford, but more of a texture feel. If you look at colored fabric, you can see a bit of white color in the fabric weave. 100 thread count two-ply cloth is a luxury fabric that has an almost silk feel on the touch. I proves to be very durable mostly due to its two ply thread (this means 2 separate individual threads that are twisted together) and weaved closely. 8. Do you make an individual pattern or personalized profile for every client? Of course! An exact and precise paper pattern is meticulously individually cut and kept for each of our clients. Our operations are designed from the ground up so that every garment we produce is unique, and in order to document this, we keep individual patterns and individual records for every shirt that is made. 9. May I order shirts with white collars and or white cuffs? Yes, we do this with no additional charge to the client. Your preference can be noted whilst placing your order. 10. Do I need to worry about shrinkage in my shirts? No, we preshrink all of our shirts before making them, in order to remove the risk of shrinking later on. However over a lifetime of a shirt, it will usually shrink about 3%, and so we make our shirts with a slight bit of allowance to allow for this. 11.
